what is the best gpu for gaming at 1366*768 720p resolutoin
And i also want to know do we nedd a high end system to play games at these resolution or does change in resolution don't have any significant impact in gaming performance.

Also when i see min system requirements of games what does that tells us
that the games are playable at 1920*1080 at low settings or just playable at low resolutions like 800*600 or 1024*768.

what are the changes in fps say if we dial down a low settings playable game @1920*1080 to 1366*768 resolution

will it improve performance also would it allow us to increase the settings to med or high..

I personally game on a 1366 x 768 monitor using a Phenom II X3 (2.6 ghz x 3 cores) + a Geforce GTX 560 1gb card and everything runs fine even on high settings.

In terms of graphics cards, at that resolution you don't need allot. A Radeon R7 250X or Geforce GTX 750 are probably the lowest I'd go as you'll want something that can cope with newer games moving forward.

In terms of CPU for a cheap system, an Intel Core i3 would be good (make sure its a newer socket 1150 based chip as that way you can upgrade to an i5 or i7 if you want to later). If you prefer AMD then look at either the Althlon 760K (and get a Socket FM2 + motherboard), or an FX 4300 (Socket AM3 + board) would be your best options (the AM3+ board gives you more upgrade...
I would say... 4 titan blacks would perform the best at 1366x768. But I'm thinking a 750 ti might be optimal as far as the price to performance ratio goes. Taking a step down in resolution will allow higher quality settings but you also need a good CPU because in this situation you're going to be CPU bound.

Also make sure you have at least 4gb of ram, preferably 8gb.
