Well guys told me I should first get a good monitor before buying new graphics card.
So one choice would be this dude:
https://www.samsung.com/my/monitors/curved-jg50/LC32JG50QQEXXM/
Because I have very old grpahics card, can I swtich to gaming on this monitor to 1920x1080 without distorted image in games (I meant on those black squares in the game from left and right side of the picture).
Would it be any problem to game at 1920x1080 or I need to buy basic non WHQD monitor with 2560x1440 rez?

So better choice would be 27 inch model, right?
So image would look bad on full HD at 32 inch?
How about monitors 21:9 and those weird aspect ratios (ultrawide and super ultrawide),If I switch to 1920x1080 what the image would look like, distorted I suppose?

It wouln't look "bad" on a 32-inch display, it would just have terrible DPI.
for the latter, it would look stretched out

what do you mean streched out?Do you maybe have image to show me?
It's hard to explain. It's like an old console (SNES, N64 for example) put on a large screen. The resolution is the same as it normally would be, but the DPI is terrible due to screen space.

Basically, if you plan on upgrading soon, it won't hurt to be prepared for that upgrade, but you might want to hold on to your current monitor (or run multiple monitors) until you can use the 1440p display.
