Question Gaming Build ± 1400$

Hi there people of technology!

Since I am a noob when it comes to hardware, I will need your precious help with building a new Gaming Computer!
So the budget is around 1400$ including a Monitor!
The main use of the build will be Gaming!
(WoW,Counter Strike,Final Fantasy XIV)

Please, help a noob out.

Pricing is uncomfirmed for motherboard, just a guess.
Also, you can swap out the rtx 2070 for a 2070 super which costs simmilar amount but performs more like a 2080.

If you drop the 2070 for a RX 5700 XT that has better performance you can actually get a better CPU and motherboard.

Hey guys!

Thanks a lot for the help,
I noticed that prices in my country are a lot higher than in the US..
For example the 1355$ build above I could build it for around 1500 euros, which is more like 1700$
So I guess I'm looking for a cheaper build.. like 1200$ ?
