First off, there is no need to write with caps lock on. People will also read your post if you just write normally.
Second, The case he chose has fans included. The 212 evo is more than enough for the i5. Why would he need to buy better cooling?

Only wrote in caps because I felt a sense of emergency since you said you were about to buy it, and I would invest in liquid cooling not only to make your processor last longer but also run for longer durations during the day if you are a serious gamer

Water cooling isn't neded if you don't overclock. Water cooling doesn't make you a "serious gamer." The processor won't go over 50 degrees with this cooler and your processor won't last longer at all...

CLLCs tend to be overpriced, and louder and worse performing than a decent air cooler. The 212Evo is great if you want a moderate OC, though if you really wanted to push it I'd go for something like a NH-D14.
