Gaming build $1500 budget

Hi guys, I've just done choosing parts for my new (first) build.. My budget is around $1500.. If you could please check it out and give me your comments and suggestions.. Keep in mind I wanna overclock both cpu and gpu.. Thanks!

I'm thinking of changing the case woth NZXT Phantom..
Its better looking and with 1 extra CM megaflow 200mm fan.. A better air flow..

But since I'm thinking of upgrading to sli, shall I buy a more powerful power supply?
