This is kind of a final check before i buy the parts, do they all work together, and is there anything i can do to push any more performance, and are there any suggestions.

I want this build to be able to OC, and would like the ability to expand over time. Build needs to be able to play games on moderate to high settings with mods running. Trying to keep it in the low 1k. Also this is my first computer, what do i physically need to build the ccomputer. And with this being the first time, ive ever looked at computer stuff, what is the best time to buy the parts? are there usually better deals before or after Christmas?

there is no really good time to buy parts unless you are not picky. on the cpu cooler i would just go with a cooler master hyper 212 + or evo its really the same just cheaper. On the power supply i would go with a better brand like corsair has a really nice one for $35 more & the power supply is a very important thing that often is overlooked. For tools i would say a small and big phillips and read the manuals carefully. this is my preference but i would get the HIS 7950 the cooler is very effective and exhausts air out of your case.

Lol that's completely BS, Rosewill is a solid company and I would say that the Hive 750 is completely solid especially the Capstones.
