Hi! Initially, I got advice for a $1000 gaming build, but some of the parts aren't available where I'm from, and ordering online is out of the question because customs can be... tricky.
Anyway, I wanted to know if the build I'm planning to go with would be able to play at high-ultra settings (for games like Skyrim, Sims 3, Dragon Age 3, Amnesia, etc.), and how upgrade-able are the parts (I want to be able to play Witcher 3, eventually, but I'm not willing to shell out that much to meet the recommended requirements yet).
I also want to know if this would suffice for programming. Over-clocking is not something I plan on doing either.
