Gaming build around £500 (blue)

I am trying to build a pc for my mate around £500 and I need some help with parts as my mate wants a black and blue theme, I already decided on the new gtx 960 for the gpu and looked at other parts such as blue ripjaw for ram and a asrock z97 extreme 4 as they are blue but this brings me around £350 and I don't have much room for much more as cpus are expensive. Can you guys help me out? Thx

Or should I go with AMD? Instead of nvidia even though I like the PhysX feature for nvidia
