Was hoping to get an i5-6400 or 6500 , but guess thats out of my budget.

The i3 is a good match with the GTX 960. If you got an i5, you would have to downgrade the GPU. The i3 6100 is no slouch-watch this:

The Antec is better than than the CX600, but if you have some other places you can get PSUs from, we could see if we can find something of good quality but lower wattage.

I'm not crazy about the Corsair, but it will probably be alright. Here is an option:

1 final question.... In this i3 build why are we using a b150M mobo and not a h110m mobo??

I think you will be quite pleased with the i3 build. It's not going to limit the GTX 960 at all. As you saw on the video, even a GTX 970 will work quite nicely with the i3 6100.
