the cost is actually more around $1400.
this is my first time building my own pc.
will this configuration good enough? will all the components fit in the case without it bumping to each other?
i am not trying to overclock.
i wont be playing AAA games in this system, since i prefer to play them in console, where they are also available (most), in the comfort of my couch with a big t.v. anyways, for the build i want my components as cool as possible that's why i didn't go for the stock cooler. i dont care about the noise.
i am hoping that this build would at least last me 5 years and still be able to play games with medium-high-ultra settings on >45 fps.
currently i am planning to play tera, EOS, Blades and Souls, Heroes of the Storm, Diablo 3, and other MMORPGs on high/ultra settings.
will this build up to par for my conditions?
please leave suggestion/comments about the build, if there are cheaper places where i can get components or change the parts without hindering the desired usage that i put up.
thank you ^~^

your build is quite good considering you will be mainly using it for MMOs

since those games are more CPU intensive, i suggest you cut back on the GPU and other components and upgrade it to at least an overclockable i5 or maybe an i7 if the budget permits

also for the PSU, you can even get away with a Seasonic S12ii so at least you save some

I am not trying to overclock so no need for the k seriees and i dont need i7 since, as you said, ill just be playing games. I wont be using the i7 to its maximum anyways.
Also i wont be upgrading for at least 4-5 years, reason why i get a pretty decent gpu

Seems a nicely balanced rig for your type of gaming, the i5 4460 has been a firm favourite of Toms for some time due to its great price/performance: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,review-32901-3.html and while the R9 290 isn't quite as fast as the GTX970, it is a fair bit cheaper in many places.
Couple of suggestions; Drop the Hyper 212 Evo, the stock Intel cooler is perfectly good for a non overclocked CPU, and use the money to up the PSU to 600 or even 650 Watts, even a unit as good as that Seasonic is going to feel the strain in a few years if it's powering a overclocked R9 290.
Add a second intake fan, or maybe purchase a pair of high flow, low noise fans like the Corsair AF120 and putting them in the front, trust me, that big Tri-X cooler will thank you for the extra airflow.

the only familiar game that you're playing is Diablo 3, others i got no idea. but MMOs that i played such as WoW, are very CPU intensive especially on towns where there are hundreds of characters. i do experience some issues on an i5 2500, not sure about how the i5 4460 will do, but it was just a suggestion, what you think would be your best bet go for it

Yeah, i barely realized that, but i already changed my build. Upgraded my cpu to an i5 5290 then downgrade my gpu to an r9 280x or maybe even go for a gtx 960x

True, but based on all the dig through that i did, seems like AMD still has crappy driver, and if i go for 960 i would lessen the cost by at lesst $60 compared to 280x. Still i am open for my options. So im doing more research. But i am going to buy the components if not 2 weeks from now, maybe a month

Not sure if you have been keeping up with the Nvidia driver situation. They are woeful at the moment. I'd almost say this whole year has been really bad for them as far as drivers go. I've always had trouble with their SLI drivers but now even single card selection has been dodgy.
AMD has Beta drivers available which according to what I have found have been pretty good. They just haven't updated the official drivers since late last year.
I'm pretty sure that will change with the new cards being released.

I havent heard about the drivers problem on nVidia, but the Asus one im looking at seems to be ok,idk. But i saw the 3.5 gb conspiracy about it. I am going for the 290x when the 300 series comes out since it would be a lot cheaper. I am not gping for the sli or xfire. So idk if thateven matters when it comes to the drivers, i was just curious about it.

Don't buy the Asus Direct CU2 290x.
It's cooler has a problem. It's apparently the same cooler they just retrofitted off of the GTX 780.
It doesn't fit properly and doesn't cool properly as a result.
If you watch reviews of it that card will be quiet but sit at about 90 degrees.
Compare that too the Sapphire Tri-X which runs at about 70 degrees.
Sapphire specialise in AMD and make the best coolers as a result.
Their Vapor-X 290x for instance runs at a peak of about 62 degrees.

For the asus i mainly look at it for the nVidia side. And yeah i am going for the tri-x OC 290x from sapphire. Idk about the vapor-x tho. Also a great exhaust side panel fan and a high wuality PSU helps a lit for that massive power hungry, heat producing GPU that is the 290x
