Gaming build for 4K gaming

I have a new custom pc build that I’m working on and wanted some opinions on it I currently have

I7 8700k

Gtx 1080 ti

16 Gb ram

Z370 mobo

And water-cooling

Anything else major I’m missing ?

Are you going with a custom water cooling setup for both the CPU & GPU, or are you planning to just get one of those 'AIO' water coolers? If you're going with an AIO, I'd recommend putting one on the CPU and on the GPU(you'll need an NZXT Kraken G12 bracket for the GPU if you do).

Other then that, the obvious with "get an SSD!"
