You've got a decent price range since you've already got a graphix card.

I'd recommend AMD to anyone who's trying to build a budget gamer. This will outperform the six core AMD since it's got operating frequency. And although you'd like to go for the i5, I'd still recommend this. As for everything else, I don't really know. You can't really go all that wrong if you get a decent processor and gfx card.
