Where are you located and where are you sourcing the parts from(preferred site)? What is the model of the CM 750W PSU? For a gaming build, you're needlessly going for an i9. You would do with an i7 or lower or even with a Ryzen platform unless ofc you plan to do streaming with the build and also perform rendering work on it for YT uploads.
