Pretty nice build, but I think the GS-550 is questionable. Especially with that kind of load.

Then you need to learn a bit more about power supplies Wattage is NOT the primary concern.

As I recall the 4770 pulls around 140W by itself, and since even a high quality PSU doesn't want to run at much more than 80% load, preferably more like 60%, I think you want more like 48amps on the 12V rail and 600W at least total.

Yes it would, at stock. You would want to add a few fans to OC.

No to HEC. You need a quality power supply, and I've probably listed the less expensive choices.

2. No clarification if 550W is decent enough yet, but if 550W is enough, I'll definitely consider that PSU
3. From reviews and boards I've read, the E5200 and the E7400 are practically the same except things like cache, with the E5200 coming with a bad stock cooler but a very good multiplier.
4. Can a single 4770 run something like WoW, Crysis, and COD4 at full settings well?
5. Any real difference between the RAM I have vs the G.SKILL
6. The 500GB I listed is from newegg, but I'm nabbing one from a friend of mine for $45
7. Aftermarket Cooling?

Next time, please list some justifications for your reasons for almost completely changing the build

Ok np. First off the case you posted was a CM 690 which goes for $75 @ the egg....so no the case you chose was not cheaper than the $59 Antec 300 w/free shipping that I posted....you must have my post mixed up with someone elses...or maybe you were looking at the wrong thread ?

Second off that AsRock mobo you chose is ...a paper weight so to say....sans the reason it's so cheap.

Third you never posted anything that I saw about getting a HD from your friend for $45.

btw no real difference in the RAM. I posted the G.Skill for the fact that particular model has a great reputation...sans the reason it has 2,000 reviews on newegg but after looking at the Kingston you posted...either one is a decent choice for that build of yours.

I think with crossfire 4770s I would want to have the two front fans installed. So, you would need to figure that in.
