Gaming Build (w/option to upgrade to 3-monitor setup)

Jan 20, 2012
Hi guys, based on some forum feedback here I've come up with the following build.

I intend to use this machine primarily for gaming (Planetside 2, Battlefield 3, TW Series) with some light at-home Excel/Powerpoint/Word work and standard web browsing.

I've gone heavy on the power supply in case I want to purchase a third monitor and second graphics card at a later date to run a three-monitor gaming setup.

I don't really know anything about displays so I put these in as a placeholder, so if I've made a blunder there (or anywhere else) please let me know.

I do live near a microcenter and have a little bit of flexibility in my price range. Any feedback you might have would be appreciated.

Looks like a great build. I don't know about Windows 8 though, I have it installed on one of my rigs and I really don't like it. Make sure you have tried it before you buy.
