This is my third build, so if you have any recommendations please tell me!
Note that I can't go any higher as I'm already going as high as I can!
I'm planning to do OC but not extreme (so maybe try to put the i5 around 4.8-5ghz), that's why I chose AIO cooling.

Mobo: MSI Mpg Z390 Gaming Plus

CPU: i5-9600k

RAM: Team Group T-Force Night Hawk RGB DDR4 3000 PC4-24000 16GB 2x8 CL16

GPU: RTX 2070 ARMOR 8G (Probably will change to a RTX 2070 Super as Nvidia claims the price will be similar.)

CPU Cooling:
DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX L240

PSU:
Cooler Master MasterWatt 650

HDD: 1TB 7200RPM

SSD: Kingston SSD A400

Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400

And would you change anything else in the build?
Now that the benchmarks are out for the 3700X it makes a lot of sense to go Ryzen 3000 series instead of i5-9600k. The 3700X runs $329 and gives you better application performance than the 9900k and gaming performance within 5% of the 9900k all while being cheaper and using 60% less power. For the GPU the 2060 Super is as fast as the 2070 for a little less money so going that route would make sense or the RX 5700XT. The 2070 Super will be faster than any of those 3 with the closest being the 5700XT which is about 10% slower.

Can change the GPU based on what you want but this would be a solid build. Your OS and applications go on the SATA SSD and games go on the 1TB SSD.
Only problem is the 3700X is out of stock at this exact moment.
