I'm thinking of building a new rig for myself which is going to be use for gaming.

Looking at the i5-3570k , I would like to know which motherboard should I get , don't plan on running SLI , just a single GTX 680 will do. Theres too many motherboard on the market and I don't know which one is best for the price.

Considering that I will get all the other components , will a single 550 Watt power supply be sufficient for the GTX 680 and my whole rig?

Asrock z77 Extreme4 is a good all around motherboard. If your looking to spend a significant amount of money the Asus Sabertooth z77 is the way to go.

A B75 board and a 550W PSU would be sufficient indeed.
