In the next couple months i will be opening up a gaming cafe, I wanted to see if this networking idea would work and the internet usage would be split even to all of the computers.

I will be using the SmartLaunch program for my cafe.

If you have any suggestions on the networking layout that would work please let me know.

Thanks For Everyone's Time

As they are two modems/routers on the same network, you will have to specify/manually assign IP addresses of each computer, as well as having different routers internal IP address to prevent conflicts. This way you will not be fully utilizing both modems as they are separated connections.
A solution would be 1 router only to handle all network traffic, which connects to both modems and can utilize both connections for all network traffic.

Here's what I'd do:

1. Ditch the second Telus line, unless you want it for redundancy.
2. Buy a 48-port managed switch, implement QoS and create a VLAN to separate the POS and admin PCs.
3. Ditch the 5-port switch; they cause nothing but trouble.
4. Buy a firewall.

You'd really benefit from hiring a consultant. I don't want to teach you how to suck eggs, but this is a business, not a home project, and there are a lot of factors to consider.
