Hey all,

I recently got a new computer a couple days ago. I ran into issues pretty early on with it though. It freezes at irregular times in games that cause a bit heavier load, such as Call of Duty MW: Warzone, Rainbow Six Siege. After it freezes I have to hard reset it. I have updated the BIOs to what I believe is the most recent, ran a windows file checker which fixed some files and is now good, updated my drivers to the most of my knowledge, I've ran a memory test diagnostic with no errors. The temps I've seen don't seem too bad, 60-70 degrees c. I'm running out of things I can try based on my knowledge, I reached out to another support to see if they can help, but won't hear back for another day or two. It is also hard to recreate somewhat as it just sort of happens in games. It almost always happens after a game though, once the Siege game is over or the Warzone game is over, if that helps anything. I noticed last time it happened that my GPU tracker showed that the GPU load was 0%.
