Looking to spend about 900 dollars could do a little more any less would be nice but I do have some certain specs I'm trying to get here
I7 processor
1080 high end nvidia graphics card or best item ideally of same caliber or better
The rest I'm kind of needing someone help with I need the computer to run the games, over watch ,destiny 2 ,fortnite and other high end shooter games at high frames no lag and high visuals, looking for an intelligent assembly of pieces appreciate it ahead of time anyone who takes the time to put in some work to help me out here and yes I need a full build list here I have peripherals and a good monitor capable of 144hertz.

Solution

I excluded it from the list, but a used GTX 1070 is going to put you over $1000. Of course, that is if you actually get what you order.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Core i7-8700 3.2 GHz 6-Core Processor ($304.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI - Z370-A PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($108.39 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill - Aegis 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($92.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial - MX500 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($67.89 @ OutletPC)...
Might want to adjust either your budget or expectations. A newish Core I7 and a GTX 1080 takes up around 97% of your budget. Given your current budget, I'd probably look at something like this:
