Okay I am going for "overkill" i don't want to upgrade any time soon.
so what improvements could be made? (yes i have a budget so i am not looking for $5,000,000+ graphic cards)

Sapphire PCIe 2.0 HD4850X2 1GB
8GB DDR3 (no more)
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 810 CPU, 2.6GHz (i do not want a I7 long story)
Antec twelve Hundred + special way too expensive PSU
2 X acer 24 inch 😀😀😀😀😀😀
1.5 seagate HDD
2 X LG dvd/cd drives
Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P MB, AM3

Any suggestions would be helpful
since i am new to this forum i am not sure about links and spam etc.

*no watercooling i do not trust water near computer cause i was taught*
water + electric = FIRE

drop the 810 for a 720 or 955, it will perform better in games.

also dual 4830's beats a 4850 X2 so you might want to think about those instead.

i would definitely bump up to a PII X4 940 and a nice cpu cooler for overclocking
a ati 4890 is going to be just as good

yea i have myself a pretty cooler *lots of useless leds*
ill stick to the 720 dunno why but tri-core sounds cooler rofl,
2.8 is enough overclocked.
dunno bout the change of graphics card but while i have read through these forums your names came up a bit so I'll go with the change.
