Ok guys. I have to build my bro a computer and dont have the time to look up all the benchmarks and compare prices. So with that being said, i need everything for a new build. Case, MB, PSU, GPU, etc. Only things that go in the tower. Needs atleast 8 gb of RAM, and would like to get an SSD as well but dont need one if it will lower the CPU and GPU costs. I am an AMD fan boy so lets try and stick to that brand. Lets keep it under $700 Thanks guys

This build does NOT include the operating system. Compared to the build Jeremyott gave, this one has a better quality power supply (Tier 1) and has a great aftermarket CPU cooler, which is needed for an AMD CPU rig. The AMD FX-8320 is only a teeny bit better than the FX-6300. Both the CPU and GPU are AMD.

Solution

AMD CPUs easily heat up to high temperatures. Since this is a gaming build, the temperature will be high. An aftermarket CPU cooler is needed to prevent overheating.
