Gaming Computer Build. How many frames per second will I get on games like BF4 on Ultra or Minecraft with HD shader packs?

That PSU won't cut it , you need a 12v with 42A in a single rail to power the GTX 780ti, something like this,

where it says output, make sure you have more than 42A in a 12v rail.

Never buy a cheap PSU or you are asking for trouble, make sure is 80 plus certified.

Its basically okay but you are buying a top spec motherboard and the getting a cheapo air cooler? I mean its a good air cooler for what it is but are you planning on a serious overclock? If not I would drop down a few levels to like a z87-pro and save yourself an extra $120

PSU is more important, how is gonna be able to overclock if the card won't even power up.

Here are few recommendations before you pull it off:

Buy Samsung 840 Evo series SSD along with WD Black/Blue Caviar series HDD and you'll be much better off.

Consider these two power supplies:

Did you read the whole thing? He said to cut the mobo, not get a better cooler.

Your motherboard is a bit pricey. You could drop it to the Maximus Hero. It's not like you are going to be looking at it with its "Thermal Armor" in the windowless Source 220 anyway, which is the main reason people buy the Formula.

And your PSU seriously needs to be of better quality! The Corsair HX 750 recommended above is good, I personally have a TX850M and it works great and I got it for ~$100.

Thermal armor is one of the reasons people tend for Formula VI just not one reason. Formula VI is powerful beast yet it shows off as well.

Don't underestimate the Cooler Master 212 Evo. Yes it is cheaper but it delivers and this is what makes it a big deal. Stick with it otherwise consider second-to-none the king of all coolers Noctua NH-D14/15.

You must consider buying a good PSU as it does really matter to the whole system to get continuous and in required quantity the power. Consider my recommendation of Corsair or Seasonic. Read their reviews and make your decision accordingly.
