As seen from above, there's no obvious bottleneck in your system. Though, for latest AAA titles, you might want to go with 16GB of RAM to balance your system better.

If you're getting a b250 board go with the i5-7500
The 6500 is generally fine but in newer AAA titles it can be quite taxed by background applications.
The few MHz the 7500 brings additionally help.

And yeah if you can afford it go for 16gb RAM
