I enterded the list below into PCPartPicker and it stated that I have a compatilitblity issued with the motherboard and Tower case. Is this correct what are my option for cases or motherboard swaps? Also are there any othere hidden issued that I have not discovered yet and should I included a SSD in this build?

Solution
please buy a cheap 2tb 7200rpm hdd instead of 3gb

Gt 650 2gb ddr3 version is a waste, go for gt 650 1gb ddr5 instead. ddr5 is much more powerful than ddr3
No problems with the specs.

Some suggestions
1. Don't get a 3TB hard drive rather get 1TB internal and 2TB external. If the 3TB crashes you'll be in a heap of trouble.

2. An ssd is a good option if you play games or want to run any resource hungry software.

3. If you play games upgrade your GPU to at least a GTX 670 or AMD HD 7850
