Right now she can only stream Minecraft. And not that well. I just wanted to help her out a little bit. I'm not really good with computer hardware. I'm more of a software guy. She has mentioned that she would like start her budget around 1500. Now I'm not sure of that's just for the tower itself or all together. Also she said she wanted either 3 monitors or just 2. Lets help her outs guys. She wants to stream other games also!

Are you fine with building the computer yourself or do you want prebuilt ones?

But some things to keep in mind when considering a build intended for streaming.
When streaming, using a software encoder, core counts and clock speeds of the host processor becomes very important. So go for high clocked and highly threaded processors. however, both AMD and Nvidia have on GPU hardware for encoding that can be used by some streaming software to greatly alleviate the need for a strong CPU. So go for high clocked and highly threaded processors. however, both AMD and Nvidia have on GPU hardware for encoding that can be used by some streaming software to greatly alleviate the need for a strong CPU. Also Intel processors contain the Intel Quick Sync transcoder that helps eliminate the CPU burden of encoding if your streaming software supports it. so determining if your software supports one of these hardware accelerated encoders will be important.

Do you know what games she looking to play??? Because if it's just minecraft and other games that don't demand much power you could build a great PC for much cheaper. Lemme know some other basics like what else she wants to do with the computer and I can give you a better answer.
