A 750Ti is a low-end graphics card and all the other stuff you are buying is extremely high-end and expensive. The graphics card should be the most high-end part of a gaming build.

It's very mismatched.... generally a gamer doesn't go to X99 unless install 3 or more GFX cards

8GB is way out of the norm for X99

These are good pre-builts. There are quite a few build-your-own companies as well. Maingear, Origin and CyberPower are all good options, but if you don't want to go that in-depth, the above ones are solid machines.
