Good job. I see a few problems though. First, I don't see any RAM or an OS in there. You'll want to pick up a 64 bit OS like Windows Vista 64 which will run about 100 bucks. For RAM, I'd get something like:

I also wouldn't get that hard drive from Amazon. It's outdated EIDE and more expensive than this one which is 640GB:

Lastly, you can get a better motherboard for a few buck less by getting it in a combo with your cpu:

Pretty good suggestions by msclman99.

I'd stay away from the raidmax case/psu combo. The case is fine, but the psu is pretty cheap quality.

If you're simply looking for a gaming cpu, the e8400 or e8500 is a much better and cheaper way to go. I would go with the e8500 and upgrade the psu with the $$ saved.

If you need RAM and an OS, you are going to need to rework your build a bit.

Take a look at this build. Better vid card, psu, case, and monitor etc... You have a decent build going but it is like way cpu heavy and you had to include a sucky graphics card to make up for the budget.
