Gaming computer opinion

]Hey guys,

I used to do everything from school to gaming on an Asus laptop, however that's now broken one too many times to justify fixing again. So I've been given the go ahead to get a new computer. This time I'm going for a tower, rather than a laptop, however I'm not really that good at this kind of thing so I thought I'd ask for opinions. One I'm looking at is:

Intel HSW I5-4460 3.2Ghz CPU
Asus H81M Motherboard
8GB DDR3 1600 Ram
1TB SATA3 HDD
DVD/CD Burner
Nvidia GTX750 1GB GPU
CaseCom MG31 + 600W PSU
Windows 8.1 64bi

The kind of games I play are things like dragon age and world of warcraft. Basically I want to be able to play with high+ graphics and high fps. Just really being able to enjoy the games at the pace and quality they should be. (this is more a budget pc than top quality. Unfortunately as a uni student a top of the line would be a terrifying amount of money. Also not tech savvy enough to build my own, though the site I'm looking through has various models)

Any opinions you can give me would be great.

Is a R9 270X video card out of your reach as far as budget goes? I would get that if you can. Plus a H97 motherboard and a Seasonic,EVGA,XFX PSU.
