Gaming computer problem

So I built my computer and I tried to start it up (most obvious way, by pushing the start button on my computer case) and it didn't start up at all. None of the fans moved. Then I look behind my motherboard and I see that my two orange and yellow Ethernet lights are on and my gaming keyboard lights are on. I don't know why it won't turn on. I tried flipping the front panel cables the other way that they were and still didn't turn on. I tried to jump start it (I don't know if I did it right or not) by connecting the positive and negative pins of the start button pins. Can someone help me? Is it my start button?

So I got it jumpstarted outside of my computer case. it stayed on and after I put everthing back into my case the fans would spin for a second and stop. The only thing that is on is the start button light and it doesn't turn off unless I switch off my power supply. I don't know why it's doing that, but i'm guessing that it's shorting some how. I think it's from a missing stand off in which there is no hole for the stand off in my case.

I just tried it and it's doing the Same exact thing as I said. It turns on for a second then stops. The start button light stays on though
