I suggest getting an i7, either 26-/2700k, 3770k or 4770k (newer generations don't have significant performance increases over the older ones, they just run hotter). I just got a 2700k a month ago for $200,- so if you could get a deal like that, go for it. I'm set for a few more years.
Motherboard wise, ASrock makes very affordable and great quality boards (make sure the socket fits the CPU). Crucial sells very low latency (CL8) memory (Ballistix Tactical), also very affordable and high quality. 8GB should be enough. (For streaming/heavy video editing go with 16GB of RAM).
As for the video card, AMD's R- series GPU are bases on their former 7- series. The latter have reduced in price greatly and perform equally well. A 7950 or R9 280x would be sufficient and last a while. Nothing too specific here, just some tips. Have fun building your new pc!

I have a GTX590, not sure how much of an advantage that is over your card but I can run games fine at high to highest settings still.

Seems you already have your peripherals so no need to buy those.
I assume you are planning to reuse your drives, case, power supply, etc...?

If you hold off you might pick up some Christmas deals online, and even though I prefer to buy everything from 1 source like Newegg, I was able to save a lot of money by shopping around using pcpartpicker.

Hope this helps?
