Gaming Computer - your thoughts?

Hello, I made a list of components that I'll be using for my first gaming pc. Tell me what you guys think of it.

CPU: Intel i5 - 4690k
CPU Cooler: CM Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Hero
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro (2 x 4GB) 1600/CL7
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
GPU: Asus STRIX GTX 780 6GB
Case: Cooler Master HAF-X
PSU: Seasonic X-650

I'm interested in overclocking, but not in the beginning. Maybe after 6 months. I have a couple of questions:

All the components are compatible?
Will this setup run games on ultra settings?

I'm confused about the monitor. 1080 or 1440? All I know is that I want a 27" monitor. Please help me out. Should be under 2000 Dhs (550 $)

Thanks! :)

You can go with 1440p By buying a qnix 2710 monitor (just as good as the rest of the 1440p monitors it's 300USD and Overclockable to 120hz) But games will barely run on 60fps @ ultra cause of the high resolution. It's up to your own choice.. Oh and why do you need a 6GB GTX780 Edition the gpu won't even be able to get up to that amount. The 4GB Version will perform no less.

Hahahahah... You're probably one of those guys who think 1080p is to much for smartphones... I guess you've never seen a 1440p 27inch screen in real life? You'll notice the huge difference right away.. But yes you're probably better off with a 780ti if you are going to upgrade to 1440p in the future, if you don't its a waste of money and take the gtx 780

I actually have, and the 27'' screen is small, you'll benefit from higher resolutions if the screen is bigger, the difference between 720p and 1080p on TV's with the screen size lower than 32'' is minimal. Let alone a 27''. 1080p for less than 32'' is fine anything above that you will need 1440p to really notice a big difference. It's just the truth.
