i want to build cpu ..i am on a tight budget and that is 25k-30k(INR)

i already have monitor, HDD & DDR3 4Gb

i need graphics card, mother board, processor, PSU and cabinet...i want to play recent games in max setting..i know its difficult in this budget....that is the reason i need a suggestion....

currently i have core i3-540, intel DH55PJ mother board ...4Gb ram...HDD..old cabinet etc....hence i was also planning to buy GTX 760 & 4gb ram & PSU...it was fitting into my budget ...but i know it would bottleneck ...but saw recent games working quite smoothly with this rig in youtube....

suggest me what to do...i am really very confused...
thx a lot in advance

Solution
Hope this would be helpful

It will run all games but for some games you need to adjust settings
this will also add 5K in your budget so can't help..hope you'll arrange extra cash.."kuch jugad kar le bhai"
it is always better to go with latest gen rather than old one..newer one will always consider more future proof than older gen

I'm also from India.. and building a PC is around 2 times costlier than US..recently I've spent 70K just for CPU +Mobo + GPU + Cabinet + PSU
Thing is u wanna play games (assumed AAA titles like GTA 5, Tomb Raider, and so on). You need a proper CPU + GPU + other components. i3 and GTX 1050 Ti are not that good for gaming. but just because u have budget restrictions that is why I've recommended you above rig
and those are online prices..just check local shops may be you'll save some bucks
and if possible get AMD Rx 470 which is around 30% better than GTX 1050 Ti

DDR3 ram is not going to work with LGA1151 Skylake platform. You will need DDR4 ram. With this build you shoild be able to play most of the current games with decent framerates at middle to lower settings. Also depends on your monitor resolution.

Is AMD not cheaper in India?

I meant for gpu. If OP is looking for 1080 gaming a "newer" FX series would be fine, but not future proof whatsoever. Hell, an older gpu would work great for 1080 gaming, but they quit selling the older series :(

i3-6100 outperforms majority of the AMD chips in most of the current games. Check out some benchmarks.

I just missed that point..but there are few mobo(s) that support Intel 6th gen CPU and DDR3 memory

Yes, but not the one you recommended. Woh DDR3 variants hota hai bhai. Usually its demarcated in naming convention.

Anupam, if you are from Calcutta, which seems likely by your name, try to take a quotation from MD Computers at Chandni Chowk. Their prices are usually decent and you might get a better deal from them.

just one last question....wt if i just buy graphics card (GTX 1060), extra 4 gb ram (hence total 8 gb ram) , PSU (corsair 550 watts) & Cabinet and couple it with my old core i3 540 ...and DH55PJ motherboard ? even though i know its kinda stupidity to do so...coz it would not be optimized ...but still just asking ur opinion

That is a first gen i3 chip which will bottleneck the 1060 quite a bit. Also in cpu intensive games like GTA 5, you will suffer massive stuttering and input lag.
If you want to go that way, try to find a used i7-870 or 880 from the 1st gen and pair it with your board and some more ram. But your gpu will still be bottlenecked.
