Gaming CPU only within 500 dollars

Hi everyone,
Firstly to start with I need only CPU , i already have monitor , keyboard and mouse.

Now about the CPU, I want to play all games at medium to high resolution at 1600*900 and should be 4-5 years in future games also

You'd also need to get a 990fx chipset motherboard. I don't think you could afford them.

This is a good build, I suggest it for you, wiz.

I like to suggest to people on a budget to buy from eBay. The only problem is, most people on a budget don't have enough experience with computers to know how to make sure the product they received is *fully* operational. Not to mention there's only certain parts and certain brands that you should be buying through eBay (RMA without proof of purchase).

Cool thing is, if you know your way around, you can end up getting a 2012 (year) $700 rig (mobo/processor/ram/etc) for $400 and get something like a lightly used GTX 670 for $150. $550 paid for a $1100 rig that will last a few years. Not too bad. Not to mention the GPU will play most games on Ultra @ 1080p. Only problem you may run into would be future games utilizing more cores, but I don't think it will be much of a problem.
