Gaming, CPU or Ram?

I have a GeForce GTX 970, Intel Core i5 4690 CPU 3.50GHz, 8GB ram and every time I play Black Ops 3 after every 1 or 2 games I keep on lagging, I don't know what's wrong with it. Can someone tell me what's wrong with it? Is there something wrong with my CPU?

I think it's your ram 8gb is kind of enough try upgrading OR cleaning your system maybe it has high memory usage Because the game need Only 6 GB as the minimum requirement also try decreasing your graphic settings

check your cpu temperature

Get some tool (ex. msi afterburner) to display fps, ram, cpu and gpu info (frequency, load and temps) while you are playing and post what info you get when you start lagging.
