I think more research needs to be done on what games you plan to play and across how many monitors and what resolution. This looks like a situation of throwing as many parts at it as possible and hope that it works and would be a major waste of money in my opinion.

The 5690x and 2690v3 are ridiculous overkill and won't offer any gaming performance bump so save around $700 on the cpu alone and go with a 6700k. Gpu's will depend on the other aspects and you won't be doing 4way sli on an 1151 board unless one escapes me with additional plx or something. Not to mention sli/crossfire don't scale for squat and have quickly diminishing returns with vram that doesn't stack. Not all games use sli, those that do some use it well while others...
