Gaming Desktop. Aiming for $800 budget

Hello. I need advise on building a desktop. This will be my first desktop, as I have been using laptops in the past.

Approximate Purchase Date: Within the month
Budget Range: Roughly $800

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming. I would like to play Diablo 3 in max settings if possible.

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com, or any site with good deals.

Country: United States

Parts Preferences: Intel Core i5-2500k

Overclocking: maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: 1920 x 1080

Additional Comments: I am very inexperienced in computer building but I have put together a rough draft of my ideal computer. I would like to cut down this price somehow if anyone can give me ideas on how to. Such as, if I should aim for a lower GPU. The link is below.
