i'm buying a amd gua 3100a gaming computer it has a amd fx - 4300 3.80 ghz quad core amd 760 g chipset 8 gb ram ddr3 1 tb hard and it is 64 bit. is this a good computer to buy

Not even close. Honestly looking at the specs for the GUA3100A I think Cyberpower should be sued for false advertising.
