Not a good PSU choice. Change it to an XFX 550w. Much better quality. Do not really need the Hyper 212, for that CPU. If you absolutely want a better cooler, than stock, a RAIJINTEK AIDOS BLACK would be plenty. Roughly as good as the 212, and cheaper. Board may not have the needed bios update, to work with that CPU, so H97 would probably be a better idea. Your motherboard selection didn't have a price attached to it, and your build was already over budget. This puts you closer to that.
