I would like it to run Battlefield 4 at over 60fps.

At $600, AFAIK that wouldn't be possible for say Ultra at 70 FPS +, just 8GB of 2600 RAM will cost you $120+

Even playing on low-medium, your graphics card is probably going to eat at least a 3rd of that budget. 120GB+ SSDs (because the < 120GB SSDs aren't worth it) are going to be around $100, depending on the deal you can find. I wish you the best of luck though.
