I have an off the shelf GUA1000BST gaming desktop by Cyberpower. It comes stock with a AMD Radeon R7 240 graphics card and I think a 350w PSU. The graphics card and PSU are not good enough for me and I would like to upgrade. I have been looking at a Corsair CX Series, CX430, 430W PSU and an EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW Graphics Card. I wanted to know if I could just buy these things and slap them in where my current graphics card and PSU are. Also if you have any cheaper alternatives to these I would love to know.

Solution
honestly when i took a look at that system it will be better to just sell it as it is and
try to build new one by yourself with advice of this forum .
this is just baad . if you want to keep it than you need to replace at least the graphics card and power supply .
don´t buy CX corsair , XFX has better units for cheap (made by seasonic) : 450w unit will do .
for the graphics i would say you should buy gtx 950 .
