Additional Comments: would like to have 6970 as a GPU, so that in some months I will buy additional 6970. Also can spend 100 more euros for the monitor. So, with monitor the budget is 1400. Don't need SSD.

Sorry i don't have google chrome translator but i think this is the kind of build you will want to aim for:

i5-2500k - Best gaming CPU for the money hands down.

8GB (2x4gb) G.Skill Ripjaws X/Corsair Vengeance LP - 8GB is more than enough for games and useful for other stuff, be sure to get 1333 or 1600Mhz and 1.5v

x8/x8 Crossfire Z68 Mobo - ASRock Z68 Extreme3, ASUS P8Z68V PRO and Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3P are good suggestions.

7200 RPM Hard Drive - Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB is the usual choice because it's fast and cheap, get two if you need more space.

~850W PSU - Corsair, XFX, Seasonic and Antec are good choices.

Case of Choice - This is pretty much personal preference, if you want bright lights and powerful cooling try the HAF series, Coolermaster Storm Scout or Antec 902/1200. If you want something quieter maybe try the Fractal Design Define R3 or XL. The Antec P series is good too. There are also plenty of other good cases out there.

CPU Cooler - If youre looking to overclock then you will want one. The Noctua NH-D14 is a good cooler, bit expensive and ugly but awesome. The Corsair hydro series can be good too. If you want a cheaper option the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ is awesome value.

Generic DVD Burner

Windows 7

Even in Finland where i know it is expensive, you should be able to easily get that stuff within your budget, maybe even with both GPU's.
