NO. As per EVERYONE on Twitch, any recording of gaming is 50% FPS cut right off. High to Ultra settings is in the heavy cost market for parts, this system wouldn't handle even on LOW settings any 'high end games' (i.e. WatchDogs, COD:AW, etc.).

Your target system would be for those demands, minimal a i7 Haswell, Nvidia 760/770 or a AMD R9 290, and your talking at least $1000 for such a system, which would be a self build. If you want it 'in a box' to just turn on and run, then your looking around $1500-$2000 for the costs of them making sure the system WILL work out of the box right off.

Alternative cheap solution: CONSOLES. Yes even PS3 ($149) is able to play the latest "high end games' and per the E3 reports the 'NexGen Consoles'...

Yes even PS3 ($149) is able to play the latest "high end games' and per the E3 reports the 'NexGen Consoles' are supposed to play 'on high/ ultra like PCs' on the titles (looks at my Gameinformer magazine). Both options no need to worry about 'if my system can play it'and will work 'right out of the box' everytime.
