I am doing a gaming build and found out you can install Mac OS on other computers what parts would be good for that

I would like to see how Apple is but not buying one just to play around with it and to have apple exclusives so if the computer I'm building could use the OS it would be cool to have Windows Linux and apple on the same computer

For OSX on non-Apple hardware, it has to be specific parts. It won't just work on any conglomeration of parts that WIndows or Linux might.
