Personally I would suggest getting an EVGA B2 psu, downgrading to a MSI gaming 5 because you really probably won't use the extras that the gaming 7 have. With the money saved from changing the parts I would suggest getting a R9 290 GPU which will give a large boost in performance and they are at a great price point right now. If you are also planning on doing a lot of video editing and streaming I would maybe suggest a 4790k or a getting Xeon but give up overclocking.

sorry I have found a really good priced msi gtx 970 and here in the uk corsair is far cheaper with 80plus gold rather than bronze and i need the 10 usb connectors as i have 8 and i am using a splitter. and i am considering the 4790k

You don't need 16gb ram for gaming. 2x4gb will be more than enough unless you plan to set up a ramdisc.
