Looking to build a PC for around the price of £700-£750. I will be manily using this PC for Gaming and editing, both are as important as each other. i have been mainly looking at AMD builds and tried a build for myself. If someone could look at it and improve it maybe or even tell me what they think of this build. Thanks

Overall this is a great build but I know you said you wanted an AMD build but for editing Intel is far better, I would get 16GB of RAM instead of 8GB as you will need the extra GBs for editing. It will be perform to the top level in every game and there is not much to change other than the amount of RAM you have and that your PSU is a bit overkill for this build but keep it if you plan on getting a second graphics card.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah to be honest i'm not 100% sure what differences there are between AMD and intel processors other than prices and the AMD processor i am looking at has 8 core and can be better on certain games and other things that require more cores?

I've changed the RAM to Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory and the powersuply to EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply do you think this would be better?

Yeah that should be better. The difference between AMD and Intel processors is that Intel give more performence in video editing and rendering and most things, they offer better single core performance which helps in some games. AMD on the otherhand the single core performace is not compareable to Intel but AMD has more cores which helps with streaming and as CPUs don't really effect FPS in games AMD processors are normally used by people on budgets. Overall if you can afford to get an i5 then I would get on but AMD processors still offer great performance in games and editing it's just Intel costs a hell of a lot more. Hope I helped😀 (Also I have that power supply and I have had no problems with it)

Thanks you've helped alot! :)
