Build Advice Gaming + editing/rendering rig advice

I'm putting together a new rig and would love some feedback/advice. If there's any parts upgrades in a similar price range for better performance, that would be extremely helpful as the budget is flexible
It will primarily be used to support gaming, editing, and loads of rendering.
