so recently i bought dying light i wanna know that is i can run the game on high graphics without any lag... also earlier i was able to run prototype 2 on high graphics but now it lags even on low graphics...!! i use switchable graphics and i set my games to high performance before playing... and i run them only when charger is connected..currently i run dying light on medium graphics with all the nvdia features off and it works fine it only lags when i set to high graphics is there any way i can run the game on high graphics?can anyone help me out i am getting rid of these fps drops and lags thanks

my specs are
dell inspiron 7520 special edition
windows 8
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3632QM CPU @ 2.20GHz
1 tb hdd
8 gb ram
Display Adapters Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 AMD Radeon HD 7700M Series
4 gb in total

did you check the temperatures of the CPU and GPU?
for the CPU you can use this: http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
for the GPU you can use this: http://www.gputemp.com/
if the temps appeared above 75 or 80 then maybe you can buy a extra fan, but before doing that, try cleaning the fans and put your computer over wood or anything that doesn't absorb heat.

yes the temperatures are alright

what's the maximum temp? and i also want to know what did you download before this started happening? try doing a restore point, it might fix the problem.

all other games work good only the super lag problem is with prototype 2... and i cannot run dying light on high graphics but i can run it on medium which works like a charm but on high i experience a little lag which ruins the game many times... i think that prototype 2 has a problem in itself and it needs a reinstall tell me only about dying light what can i do? thanks

OK then try this website and let it determine if you can run dying light on the recommended settings(Java is required for the test, if you don't have java there is a download option)
http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

yes i match up the requirements
i have all the recommended specs and i also have i7 which is more then the recommended specs(not minimum specs, recommended specs)

i have no further instructions, i think we have to wait for an expert to join and try to help.
