Gaming gear vs peformance

Should i just get a stock keyboard and mouse and a r9 380 (4gb) or a gaming keyboard and mouse and a gtx 960 (2gb)? (btw im getting this pre built i dont have time to build my own )

I'd get the better GPU, can get a better keyboard and mouse down the road (and it might even be better than a plain jane, have seen many spend big bucks on 'gaming' KBs and Mice that really sucked even for general use

i ended up getting the 960 because of shadow play and that i wanted to get a amd fx 8320 for better multitasking but thanks for the reply im looking to start recording with my friend so i saw that shadow play was a good and im ordering possibly tomorrow with just a stock keyboard and mouse :3
