Gaming Headset problem

I have bought a new Gaming Headset, it's a ADX Firestorm H01, and I have two inputs, microphone and audio input. The problem is that, I have one port only in my PC, and I am using a adapter, so both are connected. But the problem is that I can't use my microphone, nothing is working. Just the audio. And I have tried to find microphone in settings and it said I don't have a microphone set in. How can I fix this? Do I have to download a software? Cause I have tried finding the software for ADX and didn't find it. HELP
